If you find that you have a part missing or a part that may be damaged, please make contact with the distributor or retail outlet (shop) from where you purchased the item. They should be able to replace the part(s) for you. If they cannot or will not, then please use our contact form to notify us of this. We will need a photograph of the part damaged and some proof of purchase please.
